moment in time has energy and decision of mark making. It is produced with spontaneity. This is important to me in this work as I need to capture that moment in time. Moments that we all embrace as healing. The ocean and sky are a constant theme for me.

Physical mark making on 2 dimensional surfaces has been a life long pursuit. I am constantly experimenting in my artistic practice. Started painting at an early age. Studied at ATI achieving a 3 year Diploma in Graphic Design between 77-79. Student of Ray Dowling and Ken Robinson. 82 freelanced commercially. Lived in Europe from 84-86. Studio in Stockholm. Designer for 17 years in Sydney. Moved to Tamborine Mountain 02. Work is represented in collections over Europe, USA and Australasia. Awards: HC at St Bernards Art Prize. RJ Ambler Portrait prize QLD RNA 06. 2nd Landscape in D’arcy Doyle Art Awards: 06 +10. Finalist Stanthorpe 08.
