A gumtree in Blackwood, located in countryside Australia. The whites of the freshly peeled gum contrast with the dying bark at the base of the tree and it's surroundings. Hope you enjoy! xxxThis part of Aire River is located in the Great Otway National Park of Victoria. It starts at the Hopetoun falls and runs down stream leaving us with such beauty to admire. Dark, murky water crashes amongst moss covered rocks creating a chaotic and beautiful scene.This early morning panoramic scene of gum trees amongst mists is from near Woori Yallock creek, Victoria. These beautiful gums glowing in the morning light among the mist definitely caught my attention to paint this piece.
