Hi everyone, here is an unusual piece titled 'Fascinating Rock Pools' in a contemporary style. The inspiration and the reference materials came from a view off the Great Ocean Road to the west of Lorne, Victoria. The earthy tones against the dark lines and shapes made it interesting to paint. The deep blues and greens against the lighter tones gave it a very soothing effect.
