I have been successfully selling and exhibiting works throughout Melbourne with collectors from around Victoria, including sell out at The Affordable Art Fair 2019, represented by Vernissage Gallery.
My process includes painting thousands of dashes over a complimentary coloured base. Each dash is carefully considered in colour, harmony, mixing and placement.
My works are strong and striking, intended to make a statement in any room. Colour and composition are key, drawing inspiration from designers' styling and interior palettes to produce pieces for modern living. Whilst this is my inspiration, I often find myself relating my finished work to blooms, nature and landscapes.
Knowing someone has an artwork I have created hanging in their home to enjoy is so rewarding and inspires me to continue developing and exploring my craft.
Painting allows me to tap into my creative personality. For me, watching the stages in transforming a blank canvas, is part of the process, excitement and passion.
