Of earth and sky 2

This artwork, stylishly framed in a simple slim black frame and white mount, was inspired by viewing the magnificent Diamontina River country in outback Queensland from the air. I was entranced by the colours and patterns of the landscape, that shows how the now absent water carved paths through the land. It is part of a series of works on this theme.
