In my 20's I went to Canberra School of Art. Then the National Art School. I completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts from Wollongong University in Fine Arts. I've lived on the Coast, in Sydney and Melbourne but now reside in Canberra.My fascination with art lies with colour and patterns, with themes of domestic scenes, still life and household objects. I paint women doing housework, mothers and babies, backyards with children's bikes, women ironing, doing dishes, sweeping and cooking. I try to give status to the everyday object. I've had many solo shows, have been in countless group shows and even curated one time. My work has sold over the years to many local and interstate as well as overseas clients.I also teach art through a fun event and I'm also a part time art therapist.
