5pc LIMITED EDITION HAND MADE ETCHING PRINT by Melbourne artist, Veronica Lamb

"Macabre Skull" 2019

18cm x 29cm (7.5 inches x 11.5 inches) paper size
12cm x 18cm (5 inches x 7 inches) print size

This black and white etching of a human skull is one of only 5 printed by the artist. Etching is a process where the image is engraved onto a copper plate, then printed individually using a printing press. The technique used by the artist has given the image a painterly brush stroke like appearance.

The artwork is printed on to 300gsm high quality cotton rag paper. The torn "deckle" edges of the paper are left for visual effect, these can be covered when framing if desired, see photos for examples of framing.

Each item in the edition is signed and numbered by the Artist in pencil
