The flower fairy has arrived

Flowers by themselves are beautiful. This painting is inspired by the concept of flower fairy. I love to imagine that each flower has a flower fairy that watches over it and lives with it. Also the flower fairy has the personality of the flower as depicted in this artwork.

Born in India and having spent considerable years in USA , I now reside in Melbourne .
I have been a hobby artist most of my life and my home has always been flooded with my paintings . I have been majorly self taught, but have been fortunate to be with some good artists from whom I have learnt new perspectives.
I have been painting mainly in oil and acrylic, but once in a while I do venture in watercolour and inks.
Nature in all its forms absolutely mesmerises and inspires me to paint. My paintings are a humble attempt to capture the beauty of creation and I wish to share this love for creation through my paintings.
