Coastal Banksia - A Diptych

This work was inspired by my love of nature and the beauty that arrives during Spring.
I first captured these by the loud morning sounds of the birds saying hello and feeding on the magnificent flower. I love the natural beauty that can be seen in our surroundings and try to capture it in it.
This diptych is professionally framed in wood grain with white insert.

My process draws inspiration from the quiet ambiance of morning walks with my trusted companion, Zoro. While I occasionally use photographic reference, my work is primarily informed by memory and the emotional impressions experienced in nature. Through a balance of realism and impression, I aim to evoke a sense of atmosphere and emotional connection within the viewer.
