I love trees and the role that they play in our environment. Every tree contributes so much to the lives of so many animals and humans. Without trees there is no life on earth. Yet so much wood is being wasted. I wanted to take a scrap piece of timber and turn into a piece of art. This piece is an eucalyptus so it was only fitting that I painted gum blossoms on it. The wood was sanded several times and triple sealed on all sides to make sure that it will look beautiful forever.
