Walter has been painting sporadically between Ikuntji Artists and Watiyawanu Art Centre since around 2004. In early 2009 hebegan painting in earnest and has proved to be a dynamic artist.In 2014, Walter Jugadai went to Korea on an artist-in-residency as part of the Nomadic Artists Exchange.Switching between landscapes, traditional paintings (on his grandfather's side) and even native wildlife depictions, he is a talent to watch.
