A professional artist specialising in seascapes and landscapes in oils. Originally from England, his palette changed when he moved to Australia in 1986, and took in the bright sunlight and brilliant colours of the landscape. Twice he has been a finalist in The Doug Moran Portrait Prize, has been selected for the Archibald Prize Salon De Refuses in 2015 and has won best oil both times he has entered The Brisbane Rotary Spectacular in 2015 and 2017. He is represented in private collections in The United States, UK, New Zealand, and of course Australia.
