Time to enjoy sitting back observing the coast. Table Cape is on the North West coast of Tasmania. This view, from Boat Harbour Beach, often looks very moody and atmospheric due to the wild weather passing through Bass Strait. I like to watch how it sometimes changes everything in a matter of minutes. In my art it's the same, things change quickly. Suddenly, after making a few playful marks and without any plans, there it was! A few adjustments turned it into Table Cape, a landscape I visit regularly. I think this one is a subconscious success!
