Wendy Jordan Pelz is a visual artist based in Mount Helen, Victoria. Her paintings are intuitive and spontaneous. Many of her works are inspired by the natural world, filled with colour texture and light. Wendy’s paintings explores the connection between art and the spiritual. Inspired by a deep connection to nature and a meditative practice her paintings are reminiscent of external landscapes while alluding to internal states of being, healing and transformation. Using organic abstraction and embracing synchronicity as a vital part of the creative process, her paintings are created using layering, subtle glazing and staining techniques and the highest quality materials. She loves transforming spaces with artworks to reflect the healing and spiritual energies around us and uplift and inspire.
