Artwork Description

The entire 45.7 x 45.7 cm canvas is an immersive tapestry of blossoms. By filling the frame entirely with roses, the artist creates a sense of overwhelming beauty. The magic lies in the distance: as you step back, the individual strokes of azure, pearl, and gold coalesce, making the floral cluster feel alive and breathing. You can almost sense the petals expanding and contracting in the light.

This edge-to-edge composition pulls the viewer into the heart of the bouquet, focusing purely on the delicate interplay of light and shadow within the petals.

The floral density extends to the deep edges, creating a 3D sculptural effect.

With a deep profile of 3.8 cm, the painting has a bold, sculptural presence. The edges are meticulously finished, adding to the contemporary feel of the piece. The surface is professionally finished to enhance the color depth and ensure long-lasting protection.

Artist Bio

Wenjuan Yang has been interested in arts and crafts since she was a little girl.
About two years ago, Wenjuan began her journey with a simple passion for painting, learning everything from the ground up—from selecting the right brushes and paints to mastering the art of mixing colors and capturing light. Today, that curiosity has evolved into a recognized artistic journey.
In a remarkably short span of time, Wenjuan’s works have transitioned from the quiet of her backyard garden to the walls of private collectors. Most recently, her unique artistic voice was discovered by professional curators, leading to an invitation to exhibit at the "Splendour: The Transcendental Experience of Nature" exhibition during the 2026 Adelaide Fringe Festival.
Based in Adelaide.Moving forward, Wenjuan Yang will continue to channel a deep love for the natural world through her landscapes and floral paintings.
