Artwork Description

Soft

In this intimate floral study, the world slows down to a single, breathtaking moment. "Soft" is an exploration of the quiet architecture of a rose—the way its petals unfurl like a whispered secret, bathed in the most delicate hues of blush pink and creamy white.

By focusing on a close-up perspective, the painting invites you to notice the subtle transitions of light and the velvety texture of each layer. It is a piece that celebrates vulnerability and grace, designed to bring a sense of serenity and "softness" to any interior space.

Artistic Texture: Painted on a 3.7cm deep canvas. The thick edges are painted to complement the work, creating a bold, contemporary feel.

Ready to Hang: This piece is fully wired and ready to grace your walls immediately. No additional framing is required.

This piece was completed recently and is currently in its natural drying phase. It will be professionally finished with a satin varnish before shipping to ensure the colours are preserved and protected for years to come. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for this final touch before dispatch.

Artist Bio

Wenjuan Yang has been interested in arts and crafts since she was a little girl.
About two years ago, Wenjuan began her journey with a simple passion for painting, learning everything from the ground up—from selecting the right brushes and paints to mastering the art of mixing colors and capturing light. Today, that curiosity has evolved into a recognized artistic journey.
In a remarkably short span of time, Wenjuan’s works have transitioned from the quiet of her backyard garden to the walls of private collectors. Most recently, her unique artistic voice was discovered by professional curators, leading to an invitation to exhibit at the "Splendour: The Transcendental Experience of Nature" exhibition during the 2026 Adelaide Fringe Festival.
Based in Adelaide.Moving forward, Wenjuan Yang will continue to channel a deep love for the natural world through her landscapes and floral paintings.
