I've been interested in visual arts since primary school and despite my good grades in literature and science I've never imagined myself doing anything other than arts.
Throughout my school years I was also enrolled in a junior arts school and was one of the top studnets there. I had my first personal exhibition at the age of 13.
After finishing school I went to the university studuing graphics design for 6 years (MA equivaent) which I've completed with honours.
While still at uni I've received a job offer from an advertising agency where I applied my drawing and painting skills while working on illustrations and marketing materials of all sorts.
After having my first child I've taken a long career break to look after family. It gave me an opportunity to think of where I see myself as a professional and I realised painting is what I want to be doing moving forward.
I've always been fascinated by watercolour as it's very difficult to control but has a very light texture at the same time.
