Artwork Description

Pride

Sometimes you need to love yourself, and care less what others think about you for that moment.

You sometimes need to feel at peace, you need to feel alive and not like your one of the deceased.

You need your inner true self to be released, before you can finally feast!

Then you can finally put your feet down on solid ground, and sing and dance to your own personal sound, cause this round is on you to figure out a way to get found!

Fame is coming, fortune is coming, everything good will be-coming!

Chill sometimes, as you grind, so you don't have to feel a sense of FOMO, where you wish to rewind.

Have the experiences that help you unwind, and help your mind become refined.

Do meditations that allow you to be retooled, so that your brain cannot be fooled or ruled.

Your path can be rebooted, and then troubleshooted, and restituted.

Nothing needs to stand in your way, as long as your willing to get up and try everyday!

You too can find your own personal way!

:)

I decided to release this after pride month to show how pride is really something you need to have everyday; 365 days a year as an LGBTQIA+ person.

This artwork is made on a recycled front cover of an artbook; since art, and pride are front and center of my life, and are important, and should be first!

I feel like this cements my truth, cause it's literally made on the front of where i create my art, and thereby do my mission on this earth.

I signed this in a fun, beautiful, and unusual way, cause truth is fun, beautiful, and unusual; cause it's unique to everyone.

I say this cause what is fun, and beautiful to one person; is unusual to another person.

Artist Bio

"My art explores everything that is beautiful in this world...People, places, emotions, experiences, and opportunities."

- Yeshaya Dank.

I want beauty to be accessible to everyone, and for there to be the understanding that beauty exists everywhere, all the time, you just need to search for it and you will be dearly rewarded!

I paint the uncharted territory, the places and things that I've never seen painted like this before or from this angle.

I try to put many hidden gems into one painting, just waiting for you to discover.

Showing how everything has beauty, it's just waiting to be discovered.

Same with my artworks; with time you will discover new and beautiful details on each painting, which were previously hidden in plain sight!

The artists who inspire my work include:

Edvard Munch, Vincent Van Gogh, and JR.

What is my creation process?

I start by cutting stencils, to ensure that the base shapes and textures are perfect. I then paint using watercolour; up to 50 layers of different colours, in different areas. Allowing some areas to dry fast and some to try slower, creating different textures and shades of colour.

I use thin canvasses intentionally, as i am trying to create beautiful getaways that when not being used, can just blend back into the background again. They don't stick out at you, yet they are still easily accessed at a moments notice, exactly when you need them.

My total creation time, can be up to 3 months per painting.

I grew up in Sydney, Australia. I'm currently based in Victoria, Australia.

Thank you all so much for your ongoing support and I look forward to meeting all of you at some point in the near future! :)
