Artwork Description

You've come to space as a tourist sometime in the future...

What would like to do?

Where would you like to grab a bite to eat, then go for cocktails and finally, where...would you to go out to?

There is everything here like you would have in a lively beach town..

There are lively clubs, bars and restaurants; jam packed with happy people, enjoying a meal or a sip of a cocktail while enjoying the sights.....oh the sights....they are glorious!

They are out-worldly...literally!!

Planets rotate, shards of rock hurl past and colourful streams of mist swirl all around...what a view!

I created this painting completely based off of my imagination, as if we could go to space on a vacation tomorrow.

I think it would be like a giant cruise ship, filled with every literally amenity under the sun!

Different style rooms, restaurants, bars, clubs, arcades, shops, an art gallery, a theater and everything else you would find aboard your favorite cruise at sea, just now instead of at sea, it is in space, complete with all its out-worldly sights and delights!

Now...the only thing left for you to do, is to start brain-storming about your journey.

What would like to do; the sky is literally the limit!

What are you going to do to make the most of your vacation in space?!
What are you going to see?

Where and what are you going to eat?

Where are going to stay for your time here?

Bon Voyage!

P.S. the warped corners of this painting are intentional, showing how space warps and doesn't conform to one shape or dimension; and neither should you!

Go out there and don't be afraid to be the best version of yourself that you can be, you might have 'warps', and that is OK; we all do, and that's the lesson we can learn from space...nothing truly conforms, so neither do you have too feel the need to conform either.

Your perfect exactly as you are, you don't have top change anything unless you want to, never forget that!

This artwork took 6 weeks to create, and that is reflected in the price.

Artist Bio

"My art explores everything that is beautiful in this world...People, places, emotions, experiences, and opportunities."

- Yeshaya Dank.

I want beauty to be accessible to everyone, and for there to be the understanding that beauty exists everywhere, all the time, you just need to search for it and you will be dearly rewarded!

I paint the uncharted territory, the places and things that I've never seen painted like this before or from this angle.

I try to put many hidden gems into one painting, just waiting for you to discover.

Showing how everything has beauty, it's just waiting to be discovered.

Same with my artworks; with time you will discover new and beautiful details on each painting, which were previously hidden in plain sight!

The artists who inspire my work include:

Edvard Munch, Vincent Van Gogh, and JR.

What is my creation process?

I start by cutting stencils, to ensure that the base shapes and textures are perfect. I then paint using watercolour; up to 50 layers of different colours, in different areas. Allowing some areas to dry fast and some to try slower, creating different textures and shades of colour.

I use thin canvasses intentionally, as i am trying to create beautiful getaways that when not being used, can just blend back into the background again. They don't stick out at you, yet they are still easily accessed at a moments notice, exactly when you need them.

My total creation time, can be up to 3 months per painting.

I grew up in Sydney, Australia. I'm currently based in Victoria, Australia.

Thank you all so much for your ongoing support and I look forward to meeting all of you at some point in the near future! :)
