I saw this Kiosk in the Olympic Village in Beijing during my Artist residency there in 2014. There was a lot going on there and lots of vendors were selling Mao memorabilia, I thought about, what if Mao had his own kiosk there selling Sunflower seeds as a cultural reference to China, like the sunflower always follows the sun so does the culture of China. It is another roof words painting.
