This artwork is inspired by my short trip to Penang, Malaysia. One time I stumbled upon an antique shop where I found a vase that captured my eyes. This artwork features an array of flowers with dreamy colors that perfectly complement the vase's simplicity. I used acrylic paint and dry acrylic skin to create layers of texture and depth, adding a unique touch to the overall aesthetic. The painting's title, "The vase I got from Mona," pays homage to the antique shop owner, who graciously allowed me to take the vase home.
