This piece was inspired by the crashing waves and evolving sunrise on the coast of Durban, South Africa. The artwork was painted plein air as the scenery changed and tries to explore the idea of change and untouched nature, it incorporates lines and shapes within the scenery to question the possibility of man evolving within nature rather than against it.
