An Ordinary Comfort

This painting was created during a difficult period when I was seeking small comforts in everyday moments. The subject became a way of noticing gentleness, including soft light, familiar objects and the calm felt in pausing. It reflects how ordinary things can quiently hold us when we need grounding.
