I love watching Musk Lorikeets when they are noisily drinking nectar from the eucalyptus blossoms. I also take a lot of photos of them, which I can use for my paintings like this one. It was painted on square 20 x 20 cm excellent quality watercolour paper using professional Winsor and Newton watercolour paints.

Artist Bio
Welcome! I am a watercolour artist currently residing in Bendigo, Central Victoria. I paint what I love: leaves, flowers, sea shells, birds. Each painting session is an exercise in being fully focused on the unique details of that particular object. There is no rush, no worries, no expectations. The final paintings are serene and joyful celebrations of the precious and fragile beauty of the natural world.
I always use high quality art materials: Winsor & Newton professional watercolour paints and archival 100%-cotton and acid-free paper such as Arches, Fabriano and Saunders Watterford.
Iβm always striving to improve my skills and am currently completing a Bachelor of Visual Arts at La Trobe University.
