I love watching and painting birds. To celebrate the arrival of spring I decided to depict the Red Wattlebird sitting on a wattle branch with yellow flowers.
The watercolour painting was created using professional quality watercolour paints on thick (300 gsm) slightly-textured watercolour paper. The paper is made from 100% cotton, is acid free and archival. Using the best quality materials ensures the longevity of the work.
The paper is A4 size - 21 x 29.7 cm
