This artwork features the straight Egyptian Arabian stallion, Fayrid. Using white charcoal pencil on black paper is one of my all-time favourite medium/technique. I love the effect it gives and have had this medium/technique mistaken for scratchboard! Reference photo is by Belinda Zaiter and was used with her permission.
