Gypsy Floral

As a child I was enchanted by a Gypsy Caravan that was painted black with pretty pink flowers, it belonged to my grandmother's friend. This painting stems from a memory of happily playing in the caravan and dreaming that one day I would have one like it to go to many different places. The darkness of the background contrasting with pink, blue, white and yellow gives a cheerful feeling. It is painted in acrylic paint. The layers in the painting add texture and interest.
