I love using some texture in my artwork and decided to create an abstract design with the illusion of colourful rose petals blowing in the wind. The painting began with the collection of petals just falling away from the branches, and continues with them floating through the air as the strong breeze carries them along.
This painting is on stretched canvas (4cms thick) and measures 122cms x 41cms - a versatile size
and modern shape.
