A drawing full of shapes that interconnect creating a landscape. These shapes are organic in nature with bold, strong colouring.. Each shape is colourised, orange, greens, blue, grey parts all join like a jigsaw puzzle making up the fragmented landscape. These landscapes the view see's or interprets it from top view or looking forward. Every shape has its own unique look, some are very abstract and some are suggestive, you may see a hand, or eye, or an edge of something. The visual style is smooth surfaces and specular lighting suggesting shiny liquid, morphing shapes.

A mid afternoon at the vast Palm Valley in the Finke Gorge National Park, about 123 kms southwest of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. The painting depicts a beautiful blue sky and a the harsh sun on aging rocks casting their shadows, amidst palms and trees surviving in that environment.
