This artwork is an original, one-off work by the artist.

This work sense of independence, in that there is no structural metaphor or familiar form. Inner Flight is about challenging the norm and defying convention, and in so doing there is a sense of emotional liberation. Painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

I like using acrylics as the colours blend so well together.

This work is UNFRAMED and was painted on Hahnemühle Etching Paper 300gsm Warm White, with dimensions 78 × 106 × 0.3 cm (unframed). The frame is NOT included and is just for illustrative purposes.

This work was created in November 2017.

In my paintings, I use finest quality professional Liquitex acrylic paints, gallery canvas. The painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.
