Oil on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
I was inspired to paint this work from watching the musical "Fidler on the Roof". I was once again reminded by the lines of the main song,"Sunrise, Sunset - Swiftly go the days" as the father was decrying the fact that his daughter was a girl not so long ago and now she was getting married. The days do hurry by and we have to enjoy them and make each day count. This work is very long and perfect for that unusual space above the couch or bed.
