A visitor came to see me with her two beautuful blu and yellow Macaw parrots who were such cheeky characters and hated any type of glasses and they grabbed my reading glasses off my face and threw them on the floor in disgust! I fell in love with their personalities and beautiful plumage and decided then and there to paint them.
