Mixed Media on wood, ready to hang.
Signed on the back.
Through my art making I locate myself within a broader landscape. In this case, it’s the inlet in Inverloch, a place I am very familiar with. The visual content of this artwork is evidence of my looking to the distance, to broader horizons, and birds’ eye perspectives. I was fascinated with the ‘lay of the land’, and all of these perspectives. My presence is implied in these artefacts as an embodied, interacting subject in relationship with my context, sensing, responding and creating.
