Colours of Springtime is a unique, small but eye-catching , highly textured, abstract acrylic artwork hand painted on cradled art panel. It depicts the colours of the changing seasons in shades of greens and blues, in the high mountain country where the Artist lives.
Various techniques combined to enable increased flow and emergence . This added dimension adds fine and deep marks to the artwork creating an interesting and one of a kind painting that can never be replicated. A gorgeous palette was used including, turquoise, greens and midnight blue with copper and gold notes. The sides are painted for a smart finish which matches the main colours in the painting..
This artwork has been finished with layers of professional grade high gloss varnish for extra protection, colour enhancement and a beautiful smooth finish. The intense inks used reflects the shifting light beautifully really bringing the painting to life.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY
This artwork is available now and is ready to hang. It will leave my studio within 3 business days. There is no need for additional framing. It would look great in a suggested Bluethumb float frame option.
The greatest of care is taken with my artwork and it will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and sturdy hand-built cardboard boxes. Packaging, insurance and delivery within Australia are included in the artwork price.
About the artist Christine Hyde;
Christine is an award winning contemporary painter and art teacher with a bush studio in the majestic Blue Mountains of NSW. Christine paints lustrous landscapes and dreamscapes often referencing the world on her studio doorstep, the local region and its flora. Her aim is to create an art narrative depicting nature’s personality, character and randomness.
Christine’s paintings grace the walls of private collectors Australia-wide, in Japan, USA, UK and France, and can be seen in various Blue Mountains Art Galleries. She is the recipient of several art awards, is a finalist in prestigious exhibitions. Christine’s art practice this year incorporates group and solo art exhibitions, demonstrations to art societies, and workshops as well as her regular studio classes.
