This artwork was inspired by a recent trip to the Flinder's Ranges in South Australia. It was an early Autumn night and it was a full moon, when I went out of the camp and I was amazed by the bright light given by the moon. One can easily do normal daily activities without the need for a torch in the middle of the night. In this painting I wanted to create a contrast between the cool light given off by the moon and the warm light of the camp fire.
