Emotional Rescue: Abstract Painting on Canvas

The work is a Large Statement Piece that would create maximum impact to any room. This artwork is directly influenced by Graffiti in City Laneways, Vintage Billboards and other weathered surfaces. The work is also inspired by my love of gestural abstraction and my obsession with using spray paint.

This painting was a continuation of my recent experiment in using different techniques to apply the paint. The work was created using Sponges, rags, scrapers, paint pens, spray packs and rollers, the final details were added with brushes..

My love of Pop Art shows through in the punchy colour palette and Street Art with the Graffiti Spray Paint details,
