Artwork Description

This artwork was based on plein-air sketches made during a painting trip to Central Australia many years ago. It seeks to capture the vivid colours of the cliffs and fallen rocks as well as a feeling of space. The work consists of 3 large but relatively lightweight canvases which can either be hung together or separated. It would suit a quite large room as a dramatic statement or a long hallway that needs to be lifted.
