An Homage to Spring

The season of revival and reinvigoration of the natural world, spring represents growth and new beginnings. The smell of spring is perhaps the easiest to distinguish of all the seasons - of warm winds and flowers bloomed. And the feeling of spring is perhaps the most special - after hibernating indoors for what seemed like an eternity during winter, it feels like a whole new world when we step outside and feel the spring sunshine on our skin. The sound of spring may awaken us earlier than we'd like, but there's no denying there is something grounding about waking up to the songs of birds outside our windows. And the tastes of spring, of ripe avocados and bitter blood oranges and grapefruits, remind of us of even more change to come.
An homage to spring in its last week of the year, this curation reveals the beauty of spring to the eye for those days and months when you can't smell, feel, hear or taste the season of new beginnings.
