A lonely tree under a moody sky in the seemingly endless flat plains of Central New South Wales. The scale of the landscape is accentuated by the power lines vanishing off into the horizon, and a distant tree calling out to his closest rural neighbour, reminiscent of life for the locals of the region.
The 5th in a planned series of 12 images for an ongoing project to document the same tree each month the calendar year, but roughly one year apart, and using a different black and white film stock each time.
