Older gentlemen with side-lighting are great to draw because there are plenty of features to emphasise, but younger ladies are more challenging because you are usually trying to disguise the details yet capture the essence of the personality. The recent passing of Olivia Newton-John seemed to suggest that she would be a good subject for some practice. Turned out to be more hard work than I bargained for.
