Oil on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
What started out as a random abstract image ended up becoming a macabre, haunted dead tree. As I usually do, I just let the painting evolve on its own until I see something happening. In this case I saw visions of the classic old Clint Eastwood movie "Hang Em High", with drips of paint, rather than drips of blood. The bright, cheery, pastel colours contrast with the spooky scene to make it pleasing to the eye.Â
