I have achieved a pointillism style by painting on sand paper, this produces layers of vibrant colour. If you are looking for an artwork that makes a statement, with a unique style and an unusual material... then this is a peaceful (and abrasive) artwork that will definitely brighten up any space. This artwork is attached to an aluminium frame and has aluminium edging.

This piece is an experiment in texture and colour, which provides intrigue and vibrancy . I am influenced by the pointillism style and am developing new ways to introduce interesting textures and colours into my artwork.
