Painting this artwork has been a pleasure for me as I have many connections with Mooloolaba beach and the bay in Mooloolaba.
I sailed with my father as a child and have continued my sailing in Mooloolaba, Brisbane, nationally and internationally so Sunday yacht racing in Mooloolaba is for me, a delightful view.
The fabulous view of the bay and beach from The Pavilion restaurant and bar brings together all the elements that I love about the Sunshine Coast – great beaches, lighthouses and headlands, exciting sailing, great restaurants, good food and wonderful friends to help me enjoy all of these gifts.
