Living all my life in Australia I have been influenced by our wonderful light and the bright and bold colours that are found everywhere from our coast to our outback I have been inspired by contemporary Aboriginal work and my love of science.. This piece is an abstract work about looking at a slide of microbes under the microscope. It is bright and bold and the sides are an extension of the front of the painting. Finished with varnish for protection. It gave me great joy to create this painting.
