NSW in Australia has experienced heavy rainfalls and flooding, that has changed a lot of peoples lives.
"When the rains came" has been created during this time and the brush strokes depicts the rain drops whilst the colour background depicts hope in the time of something blue. Acrylic stretched canvas framed beautifully in floating gum.
A soft textured abstract piece that would be beautiful in a modern space. Multiple layers applied gives the effect of rain drops which is apt for the title. Working again with pattern I have created a contemporary timeless piece that would suit any interior.
