A unique and secret technique I developed was applied to create this textured parched earth effect that evokes the expansiveness of the Australian outback. An interesting contemporary presentation of a traditional subject.

Mixed media with texture on board with protective coat of gloss varnish. Framed with a 3 cm wide dark brown wooden frame. Dimensions of frame perimetre: 45.5 cm (W) x 56 cm (H) x 2.0 cm (D). Available unframed if you prefer to choose your own frame.
