Conscious of the social significance of “the collective” in creating art and music, Elisabeth actively participated through group art exhibitions in N.S.W. with the Gamillarart Gallery Cooperative (2004-2008) an Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Contemporary Art Collective (Tamworth, N.S.W.) Through collaborations with local Aboriginal and other contemporary artists, she acknowledges a deeper understanding of the spiritual underpinning of indigenous symbolic representation of the landscape with its’ many aspects of social connectivity and distinctive differences with abstract art of contemporary Europe, U.S.A and non-Indigenous Australia. To have a "Fire in the belly" means you are willing and passionate about making a change in the world.
