There is a saying "paint what you love" so what could be better than a cup of tea and a book. I have an eclectic collection of tea cups and this one reminds me of my travels to parts of Asia. I have arranged it with some books. The background is collaged in a beautiful paper. The painting is done in a modern contemporary style but still draws from traditional still life paintings for inspiration. This painting is framed in Australian Oak.
