My deserts are fictional, painted from memory of the imagery, stories and drama from the cartoons of my childhood, like Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner. Cactus City #2 is an exploration of the delicate balance between the danger and beauty of the barren landscape.
For framing, I recommend floating in a white or oak frame to highlight the beauty of the rough edges of the paper.
