Artwork Description

Monet’s Diary is a soft, atmospheric floral painting capturing delicate pink water lilies floating across a tranquil, misty pond. Layers of pale blue, aqua, blush, and warm cream create a dreamy sense of reflection, while the loosely brushed blossoms bring gentle movement and romance to the serene waterscape.
This painting has been inspired by my recent visit to the Art Gallery of South Australia and the Monet to Matisse exhibition.

PLEASE NOTE: This contemporary painting is delivered to you un-stretched, rolled in a tube, ready to be brought to your local framer.**** Alternatively Bluethumb offers stretched and framing services available at checkout.
(The options will be available to the right of the screen above the add to cart button.)

If you choose STRETCHED only, the artwork is professionally stretched and wired ready to hang. The painting will extend around the four edges without the extra cost of a frame.

If you choose STRETCHED and FRAMED the artwork will be professionally stretched with a choice of a white, black or oak wood finish. It will be wired and ready to hang.

Overall, the piece feels light, ethereal, and romantic—more about capturing the feeling of flowers floating on water rather than depicting them realistically.
Comes signed on the back with a certificate of authenticity.
